Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 liter of milk
- 25 g cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine cocoa with vanilla sugar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Stir in the milk (reserve a little for mixing the cornstarch) and bring to a boil. Whisk the cornstarch with the reserved milk, stir into the soup, and cook for 1/2 minute in the residual heat. Season to taste with sugar. The soup tastes great both hot and cold.
