Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tbsp milk
  • 100 g chocolate coating, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the flour, cocoa, and sugar with the egg yolk and milk. Form into a ball and chill for about 10 minutes (not too long). Then roll out the dough thinly and cut out stars with a cookie cutter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack. Then melt the white or milk chocolate coating in a water bath and pour it into a small plastic bag. Cut off one bottom corner of the bag and quickly pour the chocolate in strips onto the cookies. Let the chocolate coating dry. Done!
