Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2 tsp orange peel (preferably a little less)
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon (or a little more)
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g butter
- 50 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quickly knead the flour, nuts, powdered sugar, orange zest, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, egg yolk, and butter. Chill in foil for 2 hours. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut out hearts, brush with water, and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 175°C for 0 minutes. Caution: they may spread slightly!
