Chocolate strawberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 g milk chocolate coating
  • 100 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Ideal for decorating desserts and cakes

Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Melt the chocolate coatings separately in a water bath. Place the light chocolate coating in a freezer bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag. Pour the dark chocolate coating into a small bowl and quickly dip the strawberries in it. Let them drain and dry on baking paper. Now, use the white chocolate coating to create a pattern over the strawberries. Let the strawberries dry and enjoy!
