Chocolate strawberry skewers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 300 g chocolate of your choice

Instructions

very easy to make, makes about 6 skewers

Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Then, place four strawberries of roughly the same size onto a wooden skewer and set aside. Place the chocolate (milk, white, or dark chocolate, depending on your taste) in a saucepan and heat over low heat. Once the chocolate has completely melted, line a large board with baking paper and place the strawberry skewers over it. Spoon the chocolate over the strawberries, rotating the skewer to spread the chocolate evenly. Once the strawberry skewers are covered in chocolate, place them on the board and refrigerate to cool completely. The skewers should always be stored in a cool place, otherwise the chocolate will melt.
