Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g coconut fat (e.g. palmin)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 150 g chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 package of wafers, square (120 x 200 mm)

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 11 hours

Melt the coconut oil over medium heat, then remove from the heat. Roughly chop the chocolate block. Add the sugar, chocolate block, eggs, and vanilla sugar to the coconut oil, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. This will take a while. Remove everything from the heat and let cool until the mixture is spreadable. Spread the chocolate mixture thinly on a wafer, then layer the next one on top. There should be about 5-6 wafers on top of each other; please do not spread the top one again. Then weigh everything down with a board and let stand until it has set. Using a sharp knife (smooth blade), cut everything into small cubes or diamond shapes.
