Chocolate volcano from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 170 g chocolate, dark
  • 170 g butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g sugar
  • 50 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Place the chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 20 seconds on speeds 4 to 10, increasing in speed. Add the butter and melt with the chocolate for 3 minutes at 80°C on speed 2. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar and mix for 30 seconds on speed 3. Finally, add the flour and mix for 15 seconds on speed 3. Pour the mixture into soufflé dishes or regular coffee cups and place in the Varoma. Fill the mixing bowl with 1 liter of water and place in the Varoma on speed 1 for 25 minutes. If you want to topple the volcanoes, butter and flour the dishes beforehand.
