Chocolate Walnut Tartlets
The perfect chocolate walnut tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Panel Dark chocolate
- 210 g Sugar
- 140 g Flour
- 130 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Walnuts
- THE DOUGH dark chocolate melt, stir and let cool. Chop the nuts (best crushed in a freezer bag). Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy and add the chocolate mixture, which is still warm. Gradually sift in the flour mixture and carefully stir everything into a dough.
- THE BAKING MOLD Grease a muffin baking tin with butter, pour in the batter and smooth out. Spread the walnuts on the individual tartlets.
- IN THE OVEN put the baking pan on a grid on the middle shelf in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- SUGGESTED SERVING After cooling down, I arranged the tartlets with flowers and walnuts.
