Chocolate Wreath
The perfect chocolate wreath recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 200 g Sugar
- 200 g Shortening (vegetable fat)
- 200 g Eggs – please weigh –
- 1 teaspoon Homemade vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 100 g Coconut flakes
- 100 ml Milk
- Mix all ingredients together in a wreath form lined with baking paper and bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees. After half of the baking time, cover with aluminum foil. If you want, you can add chocolate glaze and sprinkle coconut flakes over it
