Chocolate Banana Wreath

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Egg yolk
  • 4 Ripe bananas, medium-sized
  • 2 cl Rum
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Grated chocolate
  • 50 g Ground nuts
  • 250 g Sifted flour
  • 4 Protein
  1. Mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Fold in the egg yolks one at a time.
  1. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the rum.
  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, nuts and the grated chocolate.
  1. Now mix the banana and flour mixture into the margarine alternately. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
