Chocolates: Choco Orange Fudge
The perfect chocolates: choco orange fudge recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Sugar
- 200 ml Evaporated milk 12% fat
- 100 ml Milk
- 80 g Butter
- 60 g Chocolate, here is a leftover Easter bunny
- 2 tablespoon Orange sugar *
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- Bring the sugar with milk, condensed milk and butter to the boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
- Let the sugar melt completely and reduce the mass until it is quite thickened. (Takes about 10-15 minutes).
- Now add the orange sugar and chocolate and mix everything well. Let the fudge mixture cool down a little.
- Brush a suitable shape with a little neutral oil.
- A crystalline skin has formed and this is stirred in again with a wooden spoon.
- Pour everything into the baking dish, smooth it out with a palette and let it solidify. Cut small cubes with a knife and then just enjoy or hide. ;-)))))
