Chocolates with Cranberries
The perfect chocolates with cranberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g White Chrisp chocolate
- 100 g Cranberries
- Butter (approx. 10 gr)
- Chop the randberries into small pieces.
- Let the chocolate melt slowly in a water bath and add a little butter.
- Now add the cranberries and stir well.
- Now put this mass into the finished hollow bodies (make your own praline hollow bodies) and let them solidify again.
- Now close with the basic couverture (here dark), let it set again and then store in a cool place.
- Wrap up nicely for giving away.
