Chocolates with Cranberries

The perfect chocolates with cranberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g White Chrisp chocolate
  • 100 g Cranberries
  • Butter (approx. 10 gr)
  1. Chop the randberries into small pieces.
  2. Let the chocolate melt slowly in a water bath and add a little butter.
  3. Now add the cranberries and stir well.
  4. Now put this mass into the finished hollow bodies (make your own praline hollow bodies) and let them solidify again.
  5. Now close with the basic couverture (here dark), let it set again and then store in a cool place.
  6. Wrap up nicely for giving away.
