Chocolates with Orange Marzipan

The perfect chocolates with orange marzipan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 blackboard Milk chocolate
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 teaspoon Orange liqueur
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Grated orange peel
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and allow to melt over a water bath
  2. In the meantime, knead the marzipan with the liqueur and the finely chopped orange peel
  3. Pour half of the chocolate into a praline silicone mold
  4. Form small balls out of the marzipan mixture and place one in each praline mold, then fill up with the rest of the chocolate
  5. Shake the mold a little so that no air bubbles fill up and then let it solidify in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
