Chocolates with Orange Marzipan
The perfect chocolates with orange marzipan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 blackboard Milk chocolate
- 50 g Marzipan raw mass
- 2 teaspoon Orange liqueur
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Grated orange peel
- Break the chocolate into pieces and allow to melt over a water bath
- In the meantime, knead the marzipan with the liqueur and the finely chopped orange peel
- Pour half of the chocolate into a praline silicone mold
- Form small balls out of the marzipan mixture and place one in each praline mold, then fill up with the rest of the chocolate
- Shake the mold a little so that no air bubbles fill up and then let it solidify in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
