Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Homemade vanilla sugar
- 200 g Marzipan raw mass
- 300 g Flour
- 2 cl Elderberry juice *
- 1 tsp Orange and lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Grated almonds
Instructions
- Make a shortcrust pastry from all the ingredients. It should be light pink and have a fresh citrus taste.
- Roll cherry-sized balls, place them on a tray lined with foil or baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees lower / upper heat for about 15-20 minutes.
- Roll it while still hot in a mixture of sugar and grated almonds
