Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g beans
  • 150 g Chinese cabbage
  • 250g steak(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Eastern Asia

Cut the steak into pieces and chop the vegetables. Steam the beans separately until tender. Briefly fry the meat until it is no longer red, then set aside. Sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger, then add the remaining vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the meat and stir well. Pour over the meat broth and mix with the soy sauce and sugar. Simmer everything at low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in the dissolved cornstarch and bring back to a boil. Serve with rice.
