Chop with Caramilized Carrots

The perfect chop with caramilized carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pork chop fresh
  • 4 Big carrots
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 0,5 Cup Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • Clarified butter for roast
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Peel the carrots, cut into 6 cm long pieces, then cut lengthways into eighths. Put the sugar in a large saucepan and let it melt. Add the carrots and toss. Pour in the broth. Let the carrots stew in it for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  1. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides and fry vigorously on both sides in hot clarified butter (approx. 3 minutes each). Let the meat rest a little in the oven at 100 degrees.
