Chop with herb mushrooms in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chop(s), boned
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp herb butter
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 piece(s) celeriac
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Oil the aluminum foil, season the meat with salt and pepper, and place it on the foil. Sauté the onion and mushrooms in herb butter, finely chop the remaining ingredients, and add them to the chops. Fold the foil closed. Bake in the baking tray at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Open the foil and brown the meat briefly. Serve with a crusty baguette or fresh onion bread and a fresh salad.
