Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of beans (green beans)
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ½ liter broth
  • 150 g bacon, streaky
  • 250 g Mett, Thuringian style
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with milk

Peel the potatoes and dice them along with the streaky bacon. Form the minced meat into small balls. Fry the bacon and the minced meat balls in hot oil, then add the potatoes and deglaze with the broth. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Drain the green beans and add them. Add the milk and stir, then mix in the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add more liquid if needed. Simmer well and let stand. Serve hot.
