  • pepper

Instructions

Very quick to prepare, inexpensive and delicious.

Peel the potatoes and onion. Cut the potatoes and the mettenden sausages into bite-sized pieces and the onions into small cubes. First, fry the mettenden sausages and onions in a pan with a little oil until the onions are translucent and brown. Then add the potatoes. Add the spices and deglaze with the stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the well-rinsed and drained broad beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning if desired. Tip: If you want a vegan version, you can of course omit the mettenden sausages.
