Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of KNORR Naturally Delicious! Spicy Goulash
  • 500 g red pointed peppers
  • 4 medium-sized chops
  • 200 ml cream
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

with spice base

Peel the peppers and onions and slice them into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers, onions, and crushed garlic until well browned. When the peppers begin to brown, deglaze with a little soy sauce and let it reduce. Add the seasoning base and continue frying until the remaining liquid is absorbed. Add the water and let it thicken again. Then add the cream and simmer slowly until the sauce is creamy and thick. Place the raw cutlets in a baking dish and pour the thick sauce over them. Bake the cutlets in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) for 45 minutes. Boiled potatoes go well with this sauce.
