Ingredients

  • 500 g Sifted flour
  • 0,125 L Water
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Covering:
  • 1 can Pizza tomatoes
  • 100 g Sports salami 10% fat
  • 0,5 Cabanossi
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 0,5 can Black olives
  • 1 roll Goat cheese
  • 5 Red, orange, yellow peppers mini
  • 0,5 tsp Basil
  • 0,5 tsp Oregano
  • 0,5 tsp Tarragon
  • 100 g Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and stone to 180 ° C.
  • Make a yeast dough from the ingredients, cover, let rest for about 1/2 hour.
  • Clean the peppers, wash and cut into strips.
  • Cut the olives in half.
  • Cut cabanossi into slices.
  • Always use first class mushrooms, drain them, then cut them 1-2 times depending on the strength.
  • Roll out the dough, place on a greased tray, brush with tomato sauce (determine the amount yourself)
  • Now it can be topped, seasoned.
  • Cut the goat's cheese or sheep's cheese into slices and place on top. In addition, some grated cheese, as goat cheese does not melt much.
  • I like to bake my pizza on a hot stone. (You can get it on the internet for every oven) It has to be preheated, however, for this the pizza is like from the pizza oven.
  • Today I used flour 1050, for this the amount of water has to be almost doubled.
