  • 4 Chorizo, small and hot

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Peel and boil the potatoes, then cut into pieces until tender. Fry the sausages sliced ​​and without adding any fat. Then remove them from the pan. Cut the peppers into strips, quarter and slice the onions, and finely chop the garlic. Fry the onions, garlic, and peppers in the sausage fat. Add the potatoes and season with salt, paprika, and tomato paste. Add the rosemary sprig whole; remove it before eating. Add the sausage back in and reheat. Letting the pan simmer for a while will give it a more rounded flavor. If you don’t like it spicy, use mild chorizo. You can add more vegetables after the potatoes. Snow peas, sweetcorn, or zucchini, for example, go well with it.
