Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 200 g sausage, Spanish (chorizo), cut into pieces
- 150 g beans, green, frozen
- ½ can corn
- 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bag(s) of tortellini from the refrigerated section
- rosemary
- Thyme
- some broth
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Italy meets Spain
Cook the tortellini in salted water, drain, and rinse thoroughly. Sauté the onion in oil until translucent, add the chorizo, and fry gently (careful: the sausage contains paprika; don’t let it burn, or it will become bitter). Add the garlic and toss briefly. Pour in the pizza tomatoes and a little broth (I always use water and homemade soup seasoning). Stir in the tomato paste. Season with paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the beans and simmer until tender. Add the corn and tortellini and heat through.
