Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 125 g semolina
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar, white or brown, possibly more
- possibly flavoring (vanilla flavor) or
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp

easy to make and really tasty
Combine milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then slowly add the semolina and stir continuously until swelled. Season to taste before serving. You can add sugar or vanilla extract to taste. If you have a vanilla pod at home, you can also scrape out the seeds and add them to intensify the vanilla flavor! The semolina porridge can be served hot or cold.
