Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 apples, sour
  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 80 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apples into small cubes. Make a crumble batter with butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Place the apples in a baking dish and spread the crumble evenly over the top. Bake the casserole at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce. It tastes best served warm. It can also be easily reheated in the oven.
