Chrisi’s Quick Pizza

The perfect chrisi’s quick pizza recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Self-Raising flour (own production)
  • 1 Pck. Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 200 ml Water
  • Topping and seasoning to taste
  1. “This pizza dough is ready so quickly that it is not worth buying a baking mix or ready-made pizza dough from the cooling shelf. The ingredients are usually always in the house and are topped with anything you like.”
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Fill up the olive oil to 200 ml with lukewarm water.
  4. Add the liquid to the flour mixture and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer to form a smooth, soft dough. If the dough is too soft to add a little more flour, if it is too firm, knead in some more water.
  5. The dough can be used immediately, it is enough for a baking sheet. However, it can be left unbaked for a few hours when it is finished. But then please put in a cool place and cover lightly.
  6. For my pizza, I mixed tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs (own production according to the recipe by Raffaela1) and spread them on the rolled out pizza dough. It was then topped with drained tuna in oil, salami, ham, mushrooms, a few pieces of pineapple and of course a lot of grated cheese.
  7. IMPORTANT: Before the cheese is sprinkled on the pizza, please season the topping again. I also use the Italian herbs for this, but also add some oregano (self-dried and coarsely ground).
  8. The baking time always depends on the oven and of course the topping, the more generous the longer. Topped with tomato sauce, tuna, cheese and ham, the pizza needs about 15 – 20 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat in my preheated oven.
  9. Since my husband doesn’t like cheese, I took 2 narrow trays. My husband brought them back for me from one of his business trips abroad. Overall, this corresponds to the size of a normal baking sheet. On the cover picture you can see my tin with cheese.
