Christian's tuna cream with chili oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (spring onion or garden herbs)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • e.g. chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

perfect as a dip or spread, delicious!

Drain the tuna thoroughly. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Finely chop the chives. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. I use coarse pepper because it tastes better (not necessary). Let the cream sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
