Christmas Apple – Cheese – Cake

- 300 g Flour
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs and some milk, a pinch of salt
- 1 packet Baking powder
- For covering
- 500 g Quark
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Orange flavor
- 3 Eggs separated
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 4 Peeled and chopped apples
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ginger bread spice
- 1 teaspoon Coated cinnamon
- Knead a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sugar and baking powder, salt, eggs and a little milk and put in the fridge. In the meantime, stir the quark with a little milk and egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice and cinnamon until smooth. Now fit the shortcrust pastry into a baking pan and make an edge, prick several times with a fork, distribute the chopped apples evenly on the shortcrust pastry, beat the egg white with the pinch of salt very stiffly, add to the curd mixture. Immediately in the preheated oven Bake to 180 degrees, middle rail for about 40-50 minutes, needle test, sprinkle with icing sugar or serve with whipped cream
