Ingredients
- 4 Apples
- Butter for brushing
- 150 g Almonds
- 100 g Marzipan paste
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Honey liquid
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Rum
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
- Peel the apples and cut into thin wedges.
- Briefly toast the almond slivers in a little butter and allow to cool
- Melt the butter and stir in the sugar until frothy

- Mix the flour and the baking powder into the mixture
