Mince Casserole

The perfect mince casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Waxy potatoes
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 6 Fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Discs Raclette cheese
  • 1 toe Garlic fresh
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • Rosemary spice
  • Thyme spice
  • Oregano (wild marjoram) spice
  • Basil spice
  • Marjoram spice
  • Sweet paprika
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Butter
  1. Cook the potatoes with the skin on. I do this in a microwave with a little water, 6 minutes at 750. Or stop in a pot with water, it just takes longer. Then let cool and peel. slice.
  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg and spices in a bowl and divide into 4 portions.
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices. Halve the leek, cut into strips, wash and drain.
  1. 2 Grease small casserole dishes with the butter. Spread the potato slices over one potato each.
