Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g almond(s), grated
  • 300 g flour
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

Make a dough from the first 6 ingredients. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Form the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Dust the cookies with powdered sugar while they are still warm.
