Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • n. B. Sugar for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients and form walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Roll the hot balls in sugar.
