Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 325 g Flour
- 1,5 tsp Cinammon
- 2 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 150 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 200 ml Mulled wine or children's punch
- For the casting
- Mulled wine or children's punch or red wine If children eat with them, children's punch is a good alternative
Instructions
- Process all ingredients into a dough and place in a greased pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °.
- Bake the cake for about 35-45 minutes on a medium-sized oven. Bake muffins for only 20 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool for 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the icing and then spread it on the cake.
- The cake will hold up easily in a sealed can for up to a week and will get better every day.
- The kitchen can also be wonderfully baked in a glass and is a great Christmas present
