Red Wine Cake (juicy)

- 200 g Butter or margarine
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 0,125 liter Red wine
- 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tsp Cocoa
- 0,25 tsp Cinammon

- Preheat the oven: 200 degrees, circulating air Grease a bundt cake or loaf pan and sprinkle with bread loops.
- Gradually add the butter / margarine, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, red wine, chocolate sprinkles, cocoa and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and stir into a nice, smooth batter.
- Pour the dough into the baking pan and distribute it evenly. Bake on the middle rack for about 1 hour. Glaze the cake while it is still warm with couverture or dust the cooled cake with icing sugar. Good succeed.
