Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 8 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 300 g speculatius biscuits
- 1 jar cocoa
- Cocoa powder
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Whisk the quark with mascarpone, milk, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with speculatius biscuits and drizzle with cocoa. Top the biscuits with a little cream. Continue layering biscuits and cream until all is used up, then top with cream. Dust with cocoa and let the dessert sit overnight.
