Christmas chocolate mix for hot chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp drink powder, e.g. Nesquik or a cheap version
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch or cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Anise powder
  • n. B. orange peel
  • e.g. ginger powder or gingerbread spice
  • 100 g chocolate shavings (dark or milk chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the Christmas chocolate mix, combine all ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake well. To prepare the hot Christmas chocolate: Take 1 liter of milk and heat it until almost boiling, then add 8-10 tablespoons of the Christmas chocolate mix. Stir well; the mixture needs to be brought to a boil briefly due to the cornstarch. Note: Do not drink immediately, or you’ll burn your tongue.
