Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp drink powder, e.g. Nesquik or a cheap version
- 3 tbsp cornstarch or cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- n. B. Anise powder
- n. B. orange peel
- e.g. ginger powder or gingerbread spice
- 100 g chocolate shavings (dark or milk chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For the Christmas chocolate mix, combine all ingredients in a jar, seal, and shake well. To prepare the hot Christmas chocolate: Take 1 liter of milk and heat it until almost boiling, then add 8-10 tablespoons of the Christmas chocolate mix. Stir well; the mixture needs to be brought to a boil briefly due to the cornstarch. Note: Do not drink immediately, or you’ll burn your tongue.
