Iced tea with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tsp green tea
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 orange(s)
  • Sugar (rock candy)
  • Ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring water to a boil, let it cool briefly, or add a splash of cold water. Brew the tea, but do not pour boiling water over it, as this will cause the green tea to lose its active ingredients. Let it steep for 4 minutes, then strain. Squeeze the orange, add the juice and rock sugar to the tea, stir thoroughly, and chill. Pour vanilla ice cream into tall glasses and pour the cold tea over it. A thirst quencher couldn’t be tastier!
