  • 150 g Cherry jelly

boil with:

  • 2 cl Strohrum
  • Powdered sugar
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

Dough.

  • Sift the flour onto the worktop.

Cooling is a must!

  • Add the remaining ingredients, knead quickly. Wrap in foil and cool for about 1 hour.

Roll out dough:

  • Put the flour on the worktop, cover with the dough, cover with foil, roll out and cut out hearts.
  • In half of the hearts, cut out a curve (e.g. a cake nozzle). I also made some rings.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

The choice is yours!

  • Brush the biscuits without a hole with condensed milk and sprinkle with granulated sugar. But can also be sprinkled with powdered sugar after baking. I also filled a few whole cookies.

To bake :

  • Bake at 170 ° C for approx. 12 - 15 minutes. Now cover the biscuits with holes with powdered sugar. let cool down !

Filling for adults only:

  • Heat the jelly with the rum over a water bath. Spread the whole biscuits with it, put on the one with a hole.

For children :

  • Just heat the cherry jelly or currant and spread it on the biscuits.

Note !

  • These are places for patient people, until the middle part has been found so that everything fits, some time is required.
