Ingredients
- 375 g Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 400 g Sugar
- 1000 g Flour
- 2 packet Baking powder
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Chop the butter into small pieces; Mix with sugar and eggs
- Mix the flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar and knead into the butter mixture. Wrap the dough in household foil and let it rest in the refrigerator. You can keep the dough for a longer time and bake a few trays whenever you have the time and inclination.
- After cooling, decorate the biscuits with icing made from lemon juice and powdered sugar and with colorful sprinkles or chocolate icing.
