- Flour
- Butter (soft)
- Sugar
- Eggs (size L)
- Vanilla sugar
- Baking powder
- Knead all the ingredients in the food processor with the dough hook to make a shortcrust pastry. Then shape into a ball or a strand and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- After the cooling phase, either roll out approx. 5 mm thick and cut out cookies or shape them into a plate (portionable and versatile use) and return to the refrigerator (1 week guaranteed) or freeze.
- Completely cut out cooled cookies are baked at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 16-18 minutes. If the dough is at freezing temperature, let it thaw for 10 minutes and extend the baking time by 5 minutes. If you like, you can also brush the dough (the cookies) with egg yolk before baking. The cookies can be decorated with different things or just painted in bright colors.
