Shortcrust Pastry Cookies
The perfect shortcrust pastry cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 600 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Sour cream
For decoration:
- 1 cups Chocolateglaze
For the dough:
- Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add eggs and sour cream and knead everything well.
- Roll out the dough on the work surface.
- Cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes
For decoration:
- Melt the chocolate icing and spread it on the cookies or decorate the cookies with sugar writing.
