  • 75 g Food starch
  • 65 g Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla sugar brown
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 165 g Ice cold butter
  • 2 tablespoon Condensed milk 7.5% fat

Sprinkle:

  • 3 tablespoon Granulated sugar

To fill :

  • 0,5 glass Elderberry jelly

or :

  • 0,5 glass Red currant jelly

Instructions
 

Making shortcrust pastry:

  • Sieve flour + cornstarch on a work surface.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg.
  • Put the butter in flakes on the flour, knead everything quickly. Wrap in foil and cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough about 3mm thick. Cut out round cookies. Cut out the second part with a hole.
  • Cut out the cookies and brush with condensation milk. Cookies with a hole are sprinkled with granulated sugar. Bake at 170 ° C for 14 minutes

coat:

  • Brush the cookies with elderberry jelly (homemade). Now put on 1 cookie with a hole. Let dry. (approx. 1 day)
