Christmas Curd
The perfect christmas curd recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Kg Quark
- 1 a cup Cream
- 150 g Butter
- 70 g Sliced almonds
- 70 g Raisins
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Sachets Vanilla sugar
- 1 Can Mandarins
- Gently melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- Mix the quark with the melted butter, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar, add the almonds, raisins and mandarins, mix well and put in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
- Put the Christmas quark in dessert bowls or glasses and serve.
