Christmas – Orange – Quark Cake

The perfect christmas – orange – quark cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Sifted flour

  • 100 g Sugar

  • 125 g Butter

  • 300 g Quark lean
  • 1 shot Condensed milk 7.5% fat
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 Pc. Orange peeled, cut into slices

  • 4 pinch Sugar brown raw sugar

Decoration:

  • 2 tablespoon Condensed milk 7.5% fat
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar flowers at Edeka
