Christmas – Orange – Quark Cake
The perfect christmas – orange – quark cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering:
- 175 g Sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon Bio lemon zest
- 100 g Sugar
- 0,25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground cloves
- 125 g Butter
- 1 Pc. Egg yolk
- 300 g Quark lean
- 1 shot Condensed milk 7.5% fat
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
- 1 Pc. Orange peeled, cut into slices
about the orange slices:
- 4 pinch Sugar brown raw sugar
Decoration:
- 2 tablespoon Condensed milk 7.5% fat
- 1 tablespoon Sugar flowers at Edeka
shine:
- 2 tablespoon Apricot jam
Making shortcrust pastry:
- Place all ingredients on a worktop. Knead quickly and then wrap in foil. Cool for approx. 2 hours
- Butter the shape.
Dough :

Orange:
