- Fat and ground hazelnuts for the mold

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
A festive treat
Make a batter from the listed ingredients. The batter will be very runny. Grease a ring cake pan and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Note: The measurement for the ingredients is a standard coffee cup, not a coffee mug.
