Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g sugar
- 50 g brown sugar (raw cane sugar)
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder (alternatively a quarter of a vanilla pod)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ orange(s), finely grated peel, untreated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the vanilla and cinnamon with the orange zest and sugar. Grind finely in a food processor or with a hand blender. Then pour into a tightly sealed jar. It’s perfect with coffee/tea, hot chocolate, on rice pudding/semolina porridge, and in yogurt.
