Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp soy flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 7 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Similar to coconut macaroons

Combine sugar, desiccated coconut, salt, and cardamom. Mix soy flour with water and oil until thickened. Combine everything and mix thoroughly. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 170°C for about 15-20 minutes.
