Ingredients for 30 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (jar)
- 150 g oat flakes, gluten-free
- 2 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the bananas and mash them with peanut butter in a bowl using a fork. Add the oats, peanuts, and cocoa nibs. Mix thoroughly. Using two teaspoons, drop the mixture into small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 180°C, fan oven: 160°C, gas mark 2) for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack. Each piece contains approximately 40 kcal, 1 g protein, 1 g fat, and 5 g carbohydrates.
