very simple

Sift the flour. Combine the water, 35 ml of oil, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add to the flour and knead everything well. Then heat a pan with approximately 1 liter of sunflower oil. Form the mixture through a star-shaped nozzle. It’s best to put it through a meat grinder and not use a piping bag, as the mixture is very thick. Place the long, star-shaped pieces of dough in the hot oil and let them brown until golden. Drain the churros briefly and then either roll them in sugar or serve with a chocolate sauce.
