Churros with Chocolate
The perfect churros with chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Churros
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 70 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1,5 liter Oil
- Cinnamon powder
- Piping bag with spout

- 1 blackboard Milk chocolate
- 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 50 g Cocoa butter
- 1 pinch Chilli dried and ground
Churros
- Bring the water to the boil, add the butter and let it melt and remove the pan from the hob. Then add salt and all of the flour and stir quickly with a whisk to form a sticky dough. Add cinnamon and 3 eggs and mix with a hand mixer to form a batter. Pour the batter into the bag and put about 15 cm long strips through the piping nozzle into the deep fryer or into the hot fat. Let the dough fry for about 2-3 minutes until it is crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside. Let it cool down a bit and then bread it in a bowl with cinnamon and sugar. To serve, pour the chocolate sauce over the breaded dough.

- Melt the cocoa butter, cocoa and milk chocolate in a water bath, add the chili powder and mix everything together well. Pour into a small bowl and serve with the churros.
